Responsibilities Include:
- Able to prepare Banking compliances independently viz. Stock Statement, FFR QIS etc.
- Responsible for handling day to day activity of finance department
- Ability to handle Stock Audit and ASM Audit etc.
- Well versed with MS Office I with hands on experience in excel.
- Preparation of data for rating agency for external rating of the company
- Preparation of Detailed project report, Financial Model and completion of TEV Study
- Able to liaison with banks to resolve banking query
- Ensure documentation execution and disbursement compliance
- Solving bank queries & deal with bank and other financial institution(s) for any work related to finance legal aspect for property loan
- Responsible for preparing APF Documents for various projects.
- Responsible for preparing project finance documents and provide the quarterly progress report & other related documents.
- Preparation of annual operating plan including overhead expenses of all Projects.
- Preparation of Variance Analysis of Expenses Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly with reason for variance
- Compilation of Fund Flow (monthly) & Fund requirement (Fortnight Basis) of all region Projects to ensure fund is transferred to respective site within time.
- Responsible for preparing RERA Documents and provide the quarterly progress report and other related documents.
Required Skills:
- Must have experience in the field of Finance and should be well versed with general requirement avail by banks and NBFC’s.
- Must have significant experience & knowledge of Real Estate & Construction industry.
- Must have excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Fluency in English Language.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Computer & Microsoft Office suite (Excel & Excel Dashboard & Power Point Presentation) skills.
