Responsibilities Include:
- Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
- Develop sales ideas, strategy and presentation for the clients.
- Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.
- Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price.
- Maintaining good relation with developer's sale team. Develop and maintain relationship with real estate brokers.
- Site Sales, Handling walk-ins on Residential project
- Attend to customers on timely manner and provide complete and correct information about the project.
- Timely customer follow-ups via calls, mails, messages etc. Maintain relationships with existing clients, update market conditions and related information.
- Have excellent communication, convincing & follow up skills
- Negotiate contracts and other items between buyers and sellers at the site.
- Attend sales closure and provide after sales support for clients.
- Digital Mktg lead handling & calling
- Possession supervision (depending on site status). Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of site.
- Customer Follow up for Agreement & Bank Loans.
- Report on sales activities to management. Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Importantly demonstrate initiative and problem- solving skills.

Required Skills:


- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented, presentable and self-starter with understanding of luxury brands and selling techniques.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry with excellent communication skills, presentation, time management, crisis management and team coordination.
- Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients and committed to delivering a high level of customer service
