Responsibilities Include:
- Customer Service: Handling customer queries and inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Making outbound and inbound calls to clients/prospects/channel partners in order to pitch our projects (commercial & residential) in a timely manner
- Cold Calling on a Daily basis on Assigned data to generate Business Leads
- Completion of daily calling targets and reporting with the coordination of Sales Team
- Inform customers/prospects about the company's ongoing projects and share all project-related details
- Qualify inquiries consistently exceed monthly site walk-in targets
- Document all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures, particularly in ERP software
- Recognize competition, document, and notify management of trends in customer product / market sentiments
- Identify and follow up with prospect clients.
- Post Sales Collection follow-up and documentation process.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of the real estate industry and on-going trends in the same with excellent communication skills, selling techniques, time management and team coordination.
- Excellent data management and typing skills with relevant computer applications.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented, knowledge of customer service/retention/soft sales practices and principles, selling techniques
